Trent has spent more than 35 years in clinical spinal rehabilitation, helping people with back and neck pain rebuild the strength and stability their spine depends on. Over that career he has worked with professional and Olympic athletes, and with “industrial athletes,” the people whose bodies carry the load of a plant floor every day. He built five rehabilitation centers in the 1990s and has spent decades bringing assessment and strengthening programs directly into workplaces.
How Trent Works
Trent’s approach follows a clear sequence, because the order matters:
-
Stabilize the spine. MedX Lumbar and Cervical Extension isolates and strengthens the deep muscles that support your back and neck.
-
Build pelvic stability. A stable base lets the spine do its job without strain.
-
Release and integrate. Manual and fascial work restores how the body moves as a connected whole.
Doing these steps out of order can put load back onto the very structures the earlier work protects. Following the sequence is what lets results hold.
What Clients Can Expect
Every client starts with the first conversation, a chance to talk through what is going on and what you want to get back to. From there, Trent builds a plan around your body, your goals, and your pace. Most clients he sees move from injury to stability in about sixty days, and some take longer. The plan adjusts to you.
Background and Training
Trent has worked with a wide range of clinical tools, including MedX, Ariel APAS movement analysis, BTE Technology, force plates, laser therapy, and video assessment of movement and body loading. His work also draws on fascial systems, psoas work, and nervous system regulation, bringing together the structural and the personal sides of recovery.
He is the owner and sole practitioner of Fix Back & Neck Pain in Redmond, Washington.
